Job Description - Customer Services Coordinator Maternity Relief (Sept 20 - Jan 21)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales to attend inquiries from customers
  • Provide general administration and sales support work including, maintain customer records, purchase order/ invoice processing, returns, replacements, debits and credits accurately and timely
  • To maintain the momentum of delivery and communicate with third party logistic company including tracking of invoices and cash from logistics
  • Reconcile of weekly inventory records against third party logistic
  • Preparation of agreements for equipment and customer credit application
  • Maintains proper organisation and filing of documents like invoices and equipment agreements etc
  • Generate reports as and when required
  • Support the office to ensure day­to­day efficient and professional operations in the office
  • Administer and manage inbound / outbound mail, including priority courier services, and other correspondence
  • Ensure that general office is properly maintained, supplies stock and equipment are functioning
  • Any ad­hoc duties commensurate with the role may be assigned from time to time

Skills and Experiences

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

Working Location: MBFC Tower 3 12 Marina Boulevard
