Customer Support Executive

Location: Jurong East

Employment Type: 12 months contract

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

• Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm (On-site role, not WFH)

Responsibilities

• Support customer service and sales teams.
• Handle incoming communications across multiple channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador when engaging with customers.
• Maintain filing systems and manage records.
• Coordinate between Jurong and Sungei Tengah offices.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, delivery orders, invoices, and other documents.
• Update and manage plant/product stock lists, catalogues, website, and server.
• Ensure accuracy of sales transactions and project information.
• Manage office and pantry supplies inventory.
• Perform office front desk duties, welcoming guests.
• Carry out general ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 'N’ Levels, 'O’ Levels or Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of local working experience.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and email systems.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Training will be provided.
