Customer Support (Telemarketing) (Part-Time, Wfh)

You play the crucial role of supporting sales with responsibilities that cover:

• taking orders, mostly over WhatsApp and the occasional calls
• updating and amending orders in our ERP system
• coordinating with our finance and operations teammates to better serve our customers

Skills required:

• Proficient and comfortable with technology and software (and have you own laptop)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin as many customers are not locals i.e. chefs, kitchen assistants, owners of food establishments)

This is a part-time role.

• Students are welcomed to apply
• Work-from-home arrangement (training is conducted in the office during office hours, and work-from-home after training is completed)
• Minimum of 8 hours a week (4 hours on a weekend night)
