Contract Role – Delegate Sales Executive (July - Oct 2026)
We are looking for a self-motivated and personable Delegate Sales Executive to join the GovWare Team. This is a contract role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality delegates for our events. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on the phone, and experienced in B2B sales or event delegate acquisition.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate Delegate Sales for GovWare conference – a cybersecurity event
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective delegates from target markets
Understand event value propositions and clearly communicate benefits to potential attendees
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders across targeted industries
Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
Provide market feedback and insights on audience preferences and trends
Skills:
Experience in a similar function such as Delegate Acquisition, Guesting or Connections.
Strong phone communication and persuasion skills
Confident in interacting with C-level executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to conduct self-research for leads
Great team player
Organised and Methodical
Able to commit from July 2026 – Oct 2026
