Dental Surgeon - Part-Time

Job Summary

Provide clinical supervision and manage a dental clinic by designing clinical and operational workflows. Lead a team of Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) in a modern, digitally equipped setting with strict infection control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical dental operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with infection control standards
• Manage daily operations of the dental clinic to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
• Design and implement clinical and operational workflows to optimize service delivery
• Lead and coordinate a team of well-trained Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) to achieve clinical goals
• Utilize digital records systems to maintain accurate and secure patient information
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols in a modern clinical environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Public Service dental settings is an added advantage
• Proficiency in General Dentistry beyond SAP / CAP / EXO systems
