Job Summary

Perform essential cleaning and dishwashing tasks to maintain hygiene and order in dining and dishwashing areas, supporting smooth food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes thoroughly to ensure cleanliness and hygiene for food service
• Dispose of food waste properly by transporting it to the bin centre to maintain sanitation
• Sweep and mop dining areas regularly to keep floors clean and safe
• Wipe surfaces and features to remove dirt and maintain a clean appearance
• Clean the dishwashing area to ensure a sanitary workspace
• Sort utensils accurately to facilitate efficient kitchen operations
