E-Commerce Executive (3 Months Contract) - Part-Time

Role Overview:

We are a licensed employment agency assisting our client, a fast-growing festive gifting and premium F&B retail company in Singapore, to hire an E-Commerce Executive for their upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival peak season.

This is a 3-month contract role suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced festive campaign environment and want hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, online order fulfilment, and seasonal retail campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across website, online platforms, and order management systems.
• Upload and update product listings, product descriptions, pricing, stock availability, festive bundles, and promotions.
• Monitor online orders and ensure accurate processing, fulfilment, and delivery coordination.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, marketing, customer service, and retail teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Track inventory availability and highlight low-stock or fulfilment issues promptly.
• Support online campaign execution for Mid-Autumn promotions, festive gifting, corporate orders, and seasonal offers.
• Assist with order tracking, sales reports, customer feedback, and platform updates.
• Troubleshoot order-related issues such as payment errors, failed deliveries, stock discrepancies, and urgent customer requests.
• Ensure product content, pricing, and promotional details are accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, or related fields.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace operations, order fulfilment, or F&B retail will be advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced festive season environment.
• Good attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and urgent requests during peak sales periods.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to commit to a 3-month contract period.
