About the Role
A language school in Timor Leste is looking for passionate and qualified English Language Teachers to join its academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting English language lessons and supporting students in developing effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct English language classes and related learning activities
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
• Support students in improving speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills
• Monitor students’ learning progress and provide academic guidance
• Maintain proper classroom management and learning engagement
• Participate in academic meetings and school activities where required

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in English Language, TESOL, Linguistics, Education, or related disciplines
• TESOL / TEFL certification preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Relevant teaching or lecturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working in an overseas environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage due to operational and communication requirements within the working environment
