Environmental Control Coordinator / Cleaning Auditor - Part-Time

a)  Environmental Quality Audit, that comprises of:

i. 100% of the following inspection units: entrance andlobby, lift cars, planter boxes and containers, porches, pavement, aprons,sidewalks, external game courts, carpark, driveway, hard standing, loading andunloading bay, field, gardens, side tables, bin centre / bin chute.

ii. 50% of the following inspection units: classrooms,lecture halls, auditoriums, laboratories, offices, staff rooms, special rooms,rooftop, common staircase / landings / steps / common areas, toilets, externalcompound and handrails.

iii. During each Environmental Quality Audit,representatives from the appointed Integrated Facilities Management Company(“IFMC”) shall be present.

iv. To validate that the appointed IFMC cleaning anddisinfection standards are in compliance with the ES Programme as mandated byNEA for all sites; and

v. To validate that all documentations (eg. Indoor AirQuality (“IAQ") report, Comprehensive Pest Control Survey etc) requiredfor NEA ES Programme submissions are in order.

*Requirement* :
Possess valid Environmental Control Coordinator (“ECC”) license.
Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Environmental Cleaning/Services forcleaning supervisor or possess a relevant WSQ Qualification or equivalent incleaning supervision
