Executive Driver - Part-Time

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and highly discreet Executive Driver to provide transportation services for the designated Company Executive and authorized family members where applicable, and approved business guests as assigned. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation, maintaining assigned vehicles in excellent condition, and supporting various personal, household, and business-related errands as required.

The role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to remain available based on the designed Company Executive's schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties

• Provide safe, efficient, and professional transportation for the designated Company Executive and authorised family members, to and from business meetings, appointments, school runs, social engagements, airport transfers, and other destinations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to the designated Company Executive's daily schedule and requirements.
• Plan and optimize travel routes while taking into account traffic conditions, road closures, and travel schedules.
• Provide transportation support for company VIP guests, overseas visitors, senior executives, and business associates when required.
• Assist passengers with luggage, parcels, groceries, shopping items, documents, and other items as needed.

Vehicle Management

• Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, safe, roadworthy, and presentable condition at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicle condition, fuel levels, tyres, batteries, and other essential components.
• Coordinate and arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspections, insurance renewals, road tax renewals, and other vehicle-related requirements.
• Monitor and manage vehicle-related expenses such as fuel, parking charges, ERP charges, and maintenance records.
• Promptly report any accidents, traffic offences, vehicle damage, breakdowns, maintenance issues, or incidents involving the assigned vehicle.

Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support

• Assist with personal errands, document collection, deliveries, banking matters, household-related tasks, and other assignments as requested by the designated Company Executive or family members.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties and special assignments as instructed by the designated Company Executive.
• Remain contactable and responsive to schedule changes and transportation requests during working and standby hours.

Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Safeguard all information relating to the designated Company Executive, family members, guests, and business associates, including but not limited to travel schedules, residential addresses, personal activities, family matters, photographs, conversations, business affairs, and confidential company information.
• Refrain from disclosing, discussing, recording, or sharing any confidential information obtained during the course of employment.
• Conduct oneself professionally, courteously, and respectfully at all times.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record. Proven safe driving record with no history of at-fault traffic accidents.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Chauffeur, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or business owners.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with the designated Company Executive, family members, and Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, airport routes, navigation systems, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with standby availability based on the designated Company Executive's schedule.
• Must remain contactable via mobile phone, WhatsApp, and WeChat during working and standby hours.
• Physically fit and willing to assist with luggage, parcels, groceries, documents, and other items when required.
• Professional, trustworthy, service-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal, family, travel, and business-related matters.
• Well-groomed with high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance; non-smokers are preferred.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred as there is no work pass quota apply on this position.

Working Hours

• Working hours will be based on the designated Company Executive's schedule and business requirements.
• Flexibility is required, including availability outside normal office hours, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
• Overtime and standby arrangements will be in accordance with company policy and employment terms.
