Hawker Stall Assistant - Part-Time

Job Description :

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Hawker Stall Assistant to join our young team!

Job scope includes (but not limited to) :

- Assist in food preparation

- Grilling of satay and chicken wings (Training provided)

- Provide friendly customer service and handle ordering + cashiering

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall

Job Requirements :

- Singaporean, PR or LTVP

- Food Hygiene Certification is required or willingness to obtain one.

- No experience required, training will be provided.

- Experience in F&B, hawker stalls, or charcoal grilling is an advantage.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with heat (due to the nature of charcoal grilling).

- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn with good teamwork and communication skills.

- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts if required (working hours largely 3-11pm)

Preferred Qualities :

- Males preferred or Females with good strength (some equipments used may be a little heavy)

- Passion for cooking and grilling

- Attention to detail and consistency in assigned tasks

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to multitask while maintaining food quality and speed of service

- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods when needed

- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
