💼 Monthly Renewable Contract (Up to 3 months or longer)
💰 $10.50/hr (MIN N/O/A Levels, NITEC)
💰 $13/hr (MIN Diploma)
🕘 Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm
🕘 Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm (Ad-hoc only, most months no Saturday work required)

Job Responsibilities:
📞 Conduct appointment reminder calls and assist patients with appointment scheduling
📱 Send SMSes and perform outreach calls to patients who have yet to enrol in Healthier SG
📝 Process backend Healthier SG enrolments and referrals
👨‍⚕️ Assist patients with enrolment into Healthier SG
📅 Coordinate and book Healthier SG consultation appointments
📢 Promote Healthier SG programmes during patient education events
📋 Follow up with enrolled patients on pending Health Plan consultations
💻 Update and maintain patient records accurately

Requirements:
✔ Minimum N/O/A Levels, NITEC or Diploma
