Job Description - IMMEDIATE 6 Months Customer Service Temp (North, Office Hours) #BLM - Part-Time

Jobs Responsibilities

Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls
Assist clients with their log in and online portal navigation issues
Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
Perform outreach to clients for clarification or assist them with their requests
Other ad hoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements

Min. O Levels/A Levels
No experience required as training will be provided
Able to start work immediately
