We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, customer-centric Indoor Sales Representative who loves all things beauty, enjoys keeping things organized, and thrives in a modern, tech-forward sales environment!

Drive Inbound & Remote Sales: Consult with potential and existing clients (salon owners, aesthetic practitioners) to understand their needs and recommend the right skincare lines or machinery solutions.
Elevate the Customer Experience: Provide top-tier customer service, managing inquiries, product demonstrations, and post-sales support across messaging apps, phone, and email.
Engage via Digital Platforms: Utilize online platforms, live chat tools, e-commerce channels, and social messaging (e.g., WhatsApp Business) to follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
Sales Order & Admin Support: Process sales orders, prepare quotations, issue invoices, and update sales records accurately to keep transactions seamless.
Manage CRM & Pipeline: Maintain accurate client databases, log interaction history, and track inventory/order fulfillment status alongside the operations team.
Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with marketing and operations to align administrative sales tasks with ongoing promotions and digital campaigns.
Beauty/Aesthetic Passion: Background or experience in the beauty, salon, or aesthetic industry is strongly preferred.
Service & Admin Skills: Proven experience in indoor sales, customer service, or retail with strong administrative, record-keeping, and multi-tasking skills.
Digitally Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital sales tools, CRM systems, order processing software, and online messaging platforms.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; articulate, organized, and detail-oriented.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, structured, and driven to meet both administrative accuracy and sales targets.
