Job Title: Design Support AE (Foundry Tapeout)

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Microelectronics

Role Summary

Support foundry customers with PDK, DRC/LVS runs, andtapeout data preparation.

Key Responsibilities

·      Technical Support for Customer Tapeout process

·      Assist with basic PDK installation and setup.

·      Run Calibre DRC/LVS checks and compile errorreports.

·      Perform GDSII merge and pre-tapeout checklistverification.

·      Log support tickets and track tapeout status.

Requirements

·      Diploma in Electronics Engineering or relatedfield.

·      Basic understanding of IC layout (transistors,metal layers, vias).

·      Familiarity with Linux command line.

·      Detail-oriented and able to follow proceduresprecisely.

·      Exposure to Cadence Virtuoso (internship orcoursework).

·      Awareness of Calibre or similar verification tools.

·      On-the-job training in tapeout flows, DRC decks and layout viewing tools
