Kitchen & Bar Crew - Part-Time

We are on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Kitchen & Bar Crew who is ready to learn and grow, bring the energy, and elevate our customer experience to new heights. This is an all-rounder role which involves a mixture of kitchen, bar and customer service work

Key Responsibilities

·      Preparation and cooking of food, ensuring high quality standards are upheld

·      Cleaning equipment, kitchenware and glassware ,and maintaining a high level of hygiene in the kitchen and bar

·      Preparation and serving of beverages at the bar including beers, wines and cocktails

·      Reporting on stock levels to outlet management to ensure no outages.

·      Opening duties for the outlet, including cleaning and maintaining a presentable appearance of the premises

·      Interaction with customers to ensure a satisfying customer experience and pushing for further sales

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bar or kitchen operations
• Strong awareness of hygiene and cleanliness requirements for F&B establishments
• Passionate about doing a quality job, with a strong sense of customer service
• Energetic, hands-on, and proactive — able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and be exposed to new challenges.
• Proactive communication towards staff and customers
• Must be fluent in English
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management or cleaning would be advantageous
• Interest in (or appreciation for) cue sports like pool is a big plus!
