Logistics Coordinator (1-Year Contract/ West) Ref: GAS - Part-Time

Our client, an established Japanese MNC, is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and prepare shipping documentation to support order fulfilment.
• Coordinate and track shipments with freight forwarders, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Review and verify shipment information for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with regional subsidiaries, distributors, and internal stakeholders on order and logistics matters.
• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules between warehouses and installation sites.
• Manage inventory movement and storage coordination; Maintain accurate records of inventory, warehouse transactions, and shipment activities.
• Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations across regional markets.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma and above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Forklift license will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be preferred
