Management Trainee Intern - Part-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Management Trainee Intern to support our regional business operations and strategic projects. This internship provides exposure to the commodities logistics and warehousing industry, including commercial strategy, operational coordination, pricing analysis, customer management, and process improvement.

This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, proactive, and interested in logistics, shipping, commodities, or international trade.

Key Responsibilities

Support management in collecting and analyzing operational and cost data

Assist in developing pricing structures and yield optimization models

Participate in business process improvement and workflow streamlining initiatives

Support customer service and coordination with logistics partners, warehouses, and freight providers

Prepare reports, presentations, and management summaries

Assist in market research and competitor analysis

Work with regional teams across Southeast Asia and Taiwan on operational and commercial projects

Support ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives assigned by management

Requirements

Undergraduate or diploma student in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Maritime Studies, or related disciplines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail

Knowledge or interest in shipping, logistics, commodities, or warehousing is an advantage
