Attachment Description
This role will oversee daily café operations, manage staff, control costs and inventory, ensure high customer service standards, and maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily café operations (opening, closing, service flow)
2. Ensure smooth and efficient store operations
3. Maintain cleanliness and store readiness
4. Supervise staff performance and daily duties
5. Manage shift schedules and manpower
6. Train staff and enforce service standards
7. Manage inventory and place supply orders 8. Ensure stock freshness and availability
9. Track usage and prevent shortages
10. Ensure good customer service experience
11. Maintain consistent product quality
12. Follow food safety and hygiene standards
13. Maintain clean and safe working environment
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Operations management in F&B/café environment /
Staff supervision, scheduling, and training/
Sales tracking and performance monitoring/
Cost control (food, beverage, and labour) 2. Inventory and stock management
Customer service and complaint handling/
Basic financial reporting and KPI analysis/
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards 3. Point-of-sale (POS) system operation
Problem-solving and decision-making in daily operations
