Operations Support Executive (Command Centre / OCC) (1 Year) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting real-time fleet operations by maintaining accurate data, retrieving and managing incident footage, monitoring safety records, and assisting with command center activities. The role also involves reporting, coordination with internal teams, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support real-time operations by updating dashboards, tracking fleet performance, and maintaining accurate records
• Manage video and data retrieval, including extracting, organizing, and tagging footage for incidents and investigations
• Monitor safety and operational records, ensuring accurate logging of activities, incidents, and compliance data
• Assist with command center operations, handling alerts, supporting coverage, and coordinating with internal teams
• Provide reporting and admin support, including preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and improving processes

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Comfortable using operational systems and dashboards (e.g. fleet management, CCTV systems)
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify anomalies in data or video
• Able to stay calm and organised under pressure, ensuring accurate reporting during incidents
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination and reporting
