Outbound Survey Collectors - Part-Time

We are currently seeking outbound survey collectors to join our team. As an outbound survey collector, you will be responsible for conducting surveys either by going door to door or by making phone calls to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting surveys either door to door or by phone
• Ensuring that survey questions are asked in a clear and concise manner
• Recording survey responses accurately
• Meeting daily and weekly targets for completed surveys
• Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet targets
• Access to reliable transportation (if conducting door-to-door surveys)

Experience in conducting surveys is preferred, but not required. We will provide training to successful candidates.
