Job Summary

Join Hidden Castle Golf Club as a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to deliver friendly, professional service, assist customers with simulator use, food and beverage orders, event coordination, and support daily operations in a dynamic indoor golf environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers professionally and warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist customers with check-in and guide them to assigned simulator bays or private rooms
• Provide clear instructions on facility usage and respond accurately to customer inquiries
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to customers
• Take and process orders for food, drinks, practice sessions, and golf games efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of simulator bays, rooms, and common areas throughout shifts
• Support event setup and coordinate with customers during corporate events and group bookings
• Monitor customer needs continuously and deliver excellent service during their visit
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and complete other duties assigned by management

Salary
