Part-Time Guest Experience Crew

Job Summary

As a Part-Time Guest Experience Crew, you will be the face of Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie, delivering warm and memorable experiences to our guests. You will support retail, café, and workshop operations while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Recommend chocolates, beverages, desserts, and gift items based on guests' preferences.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Assist with café service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Support chocolate workshops and guest experiences when required.

• Replenish products and ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and presentable.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail and café areas.

• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• No experience required; training will be provided. Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality is an advantage.
