Part-Time Swim Coach / Instructor

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Swimming Coaches. This role is open to both experienced coaches and those with no prior coaching background — if you love swimming and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you. For candidates without a coaching certification, Quattor provides a structured certification pathway to get you qualified and coaching professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons for students across varying age groups and ability levels
• Deliver structured, engaging, and safe lessons in line with our programme curriculum
• Monitor and track individual student progress and communicate outcomes clearly to parents
• Maintain poolside safety and adhere to all safety protocols at all times
• Engage positively and professionally with students, parents, and the coaching team
• Participate in internal briefings and coach development sessions

Requirements

• Coaching certification preferred; candidates without certification are welcome to apply — a certification pathway is available
• Valid CPR / First Aid certification is an advantage
• Patient, reliable, and good with children and adult learners
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient swimmers have an advantage
