Part-Time Telesales (Outbound)

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls using scripts and calling lists to identify potential customers interested in air conditioning solutions.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our air conditioning systems, highlighting their value proposition.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to discuss their air conditioning requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of outbound calls, including call logs and lead qualification details.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone voice.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned call quotas while adhering to telemarketing regulations in Singapore.
• Excellent time management skills to manage call schedules and meet deadlines within part-time working hours.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in learning new software (CRM systems, data entry).
• Stationed at the company's office.
