Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients to expand the customer base and manage their end-to-end journey for sustained satisfaction
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through direct, face-to-face interactions to enhance loyalty and retention
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and market reach
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to align efforts and achieve collective business development and marketing goals
