Pilates Studio Manager - Part-Time

This hybrid position is seeking mid-career individuals aged 40+, with Pilates teaching experience, who are seeking career transition into wellness operations and management. This role will report to studio director and work with a group of Pilates instructor and clients, equipping them with below skill sets.

Studio Operations

• Trainee will be able to independently manage class scheduling, coordinate instructor allocation, and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations with minimal supervision
• Ensure studio cleanliness and upkeep, keep stock of supplies, as well as inventory management

Instructor Team Management

• Trainee will be able to support instructor onboarding, coordinate team schedules, provide basic performance feedback, and contribute to staff engagement and retention initiatives.

Client Management

• Trainee will be able to independently onboard clients, assess their needs, and manage client relationships to ensure a positive and consistent studio experience.

Leadership Readiness

• Trainee will be able to demonstrate readiness for a Studio Manager role by making operational decisions, handling client and staff matters, and supporting overall studio performance with minimal supervision.
