Retail Assistant

Supermarket Operations

We are looking for friendly andservice-oriented Retail Assistants to support daily supermarket operationsand deliver a pleasant shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with enquiries in a courteous manner
• Explain product features, promotions, and pricing when required
• Operate cashier counter and process payments accurately
• Replenish shelves and ensure neat and attractive product displays
• Perform stock checks, including quality and expiry checks
• Ensure price tags and labels are accurate
• Assist with online order picking and order fulfilment
• Participate in stock-take activities
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness
• Support other departments and carry out ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player who can also work independently
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided)
