Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Process customer orders, monitor order fulfilment and coordinate delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation and CRM information.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse data and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
• Respond to customer enquiries and maintain good working relationships with customers and retail partners.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock information with relevant departments.
• Support the execution of sales promotions and product launches.
• Visit retail outlets when required to support sales activities and coordination.
• Conduct product training and briefings for retail outlet staff to ensure accurate product knowledge and effective product promotion.

What We're Looking For

• Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, FMCG or the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English to support day-to-day business communication, including emails, customer correspondence, reporting and coordination with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets within Singapore when required.
