Sales Performance Analyst #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring Sales Performance Analyst to be outsourced to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Calculate sales incentives for Wealth & Retail Banking teams and support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Performance & Sales Incentive team.
• Analyse sales trends, perform scenario simulations and cost-income analysis, resolve incentive-related queries, identify operational risks, document procedures, support data validation and feature engineering, assist with user acceptance testing, and ensure accurate implementation of sales incentive schemes.
• Min 1–2 years of experience in Sales Incentive or Sales Performance within a financial institution is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL knowledge is an added advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
Contract Period: 1 year
