Assist Clubhouse and Operations manager in all operational matters Supervise operational staff to ensure smooth operations at assigned branch Oversee staffing, security, sales, and customer service

Requirements
• Min diploma in business, sales or relevant field • 2-3 years of experience in F&B, customer service • Able to manage marketing and promotional campaigns • Able to resolve customer service related issues • Good communications skills • Experience in staff supervision • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
