Service Administrative Executive (CC/Central) - Part-Time

This is a contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Bishan 

Duration: July 2026 to November 2026 and from November 2026 to November 2027 

Job Scope

-Provide support and co-ordination for the Task Force 

-Liaise with different Grassroots Organisations (GROs) on the initiatives identified by the Task Force

-Assist in the planning and execution of the initiatives by the Task Force

-Attend Task Force meetings

-Administrative work such as data entry and compilation of statistics

-Attending to phone and walk-in enquiries over the counter

-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-Diploma or Degree

-Experience working in a service-oriented environment preferred

-IT savvy (MS Office)

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday with two rotating shifts and 2 off days weekly

AM shift 9am to 6pm

PM shift 1pm to 10pm

1 weekday off, 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) off
