Service Consultant (TCM/ Wellness Consultant)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the center day to day sales and operations and ensure the clinic environment is clean, calm, and welcoming.
- Understanding customer’s need by recommending appropriate TCM services.
- Provide basic information about treatments and practitioners
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up sessions.
- Schedule and manage appointments for TCM practitioners.
- Attend to client's inquiries, complaints, feedback and administer service recovery Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our treatments and products
Operational Support & Administration
- Help clients fill out health questionnaires or consent forms
- Support marketing efforts like wellness talks or promotional events
- Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
Qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage as the role requires the candidate to communicate with international clients.
