About the role?

• Work alongside our FOH and barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee that leaves our hands is at the same high-quality standard.
• Provide an excellent coffee experience to our Toby's customers.
• Lead by example and motivate those around you, service, and a spirit of genuine hospitality.

This is a part-time role working at least 15 hours across the week including 1 weekend.

• A genuine love for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience.
• The ability to build strong relationships with both coworkers and our customers.

· Demonstrated ability to remain composed and efficient while working under pressure.
