Service Manager (6 Months Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual customer support via voice and video channels
• Handle account servicing and enquiries on banking products and services
• Review customer accounts and transactions in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements
• Resolve customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up on issues
• Work closely with internal teams to support service delivery and customer experience improvements
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
