Software Application Engineer - Part-Time

• Participated in the main development team to provide L2 & L3-code level support

We are expanding our team with Software Application Engineer to be part of the main development team to provide technical support (code level changes).

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor system performance, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with different teams for problem resolutions.
2. Monitor and analyse the current state for various software applications / product runtime environment to ensure optimum system performance.
3. Manage application and security incidents, conduct problem determination, work with various teams to resolve issues on timely basis to meet SLA.
4. Develop operations and processes guide to ensure every aspect of operations is documented and comply with audit requirements.
5. Manage day-to-day operation activities, analyse statistics and write status and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma & above
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role
• Experience in incident management workflows, using ITSM tools such as ServiceDesk, Remedy, Zendesk, etc
• Experience in security and access control measures to control privileged access to test production environment
