Job Summary

Join Stretchflo as a Stretch Therapist to deliver expert assisted stretching and massage therapies, while supporting marketing and business development to grow our studio and client base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assisted stretching sessions using Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), PNF, and related techniques tailored to individual client goals and conditions
• Conduct intake assessments to identify movement restrictions, postural imbalances, and recovery needs
• Design and progress personalized stretching protocols throughout client treatment plans
• Educate clients on flexibility, fascia health, recovery strategies, and maintenance habits
• Perform Deep Tissue and Thai Massage sessions as required
• Conduct premium outcall sessions at clients’ homes, hotels, and offices across Singapore
• Maintain accurate session notes and client records for continuity of care
• Represent Stretchflo at events, wellness booths, and partnership activations including sports and corporate wellness days
• Support outreach efforts to gyms, sports clubs, physiotherapy practices, and corporate HR contacts to build partnerships
• Contribute to social media content by sharing session insights, client education tips, and behind-the-scenes studio moments
• Assist with referral program development and client retention initiatives to enhance customer loyalty
• Identify and report new partnership or sponsorship opportunities to the studio owner

Preferred competencies and certifications

• Training will be provided. Certification in Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), PNF stretching, or an equivalent assisted stretching modality
• Hands-on experience delivering therapy in clinical, sports, or wellness settings
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust quickly and communicate clearly with clients
• Professionalism, reliability, and initiative to work independently and proactively
• Ability to manage outcall appointments independently

• Background or personal interest in sport, fitness, or athletic performance
• Experience performing Deep Tissue or Thai Massage
• Familiarity with social media content creation or client-facing marketing activities
• Existing network within Singapore’s fitness, sports, or corporate wellness communities
• Conversational ability in Mandarin or another regional language (advantageous for client communication with diverse clients)
