Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information and support to customers, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and record maintenance.
• Update customer information accurately in the system.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
