🧪 Temp Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Labs

We are hiring multiple Temp CSAs to support Labs

💰 Salary: $2,100/month
📍 Employment: Under agency payroll
🎓 Min Requirement: MIN NITEC and above
💼 Experience: Customer service experience required (no healthcare experience needed)
⏰Duration: 1 year contract
⏰ Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

🧾 Job Responsibilities

Handling patient registration and billing enquiries
Receiving and processing blood and stool samples
Printing and labelling barcodes for specimen tracking
Performing accurate data entry of patient information into systems
Ensuring smooth front-line customer service support in a clinical lab setting
