Temp Healthcare Usher (Govt Clinics, Office Hours) #HYN - Part-Time

As a front-line support staff, you will:

• Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
• Counter duties – Patient registration / Schedule appointment
• Attend to queries
• Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
• Keep track of enrolment numbers
• Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
• Assist with crowd control
• Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Min A Level or Diploma in any field of study
• No experience required - training / guidance provided
