We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Wellness Consultant & Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients achieve their health goals, and thrives in a consultative sales environment.

Job Summary

As a Wellness Consultant & Therapist, you will guide clients through their wellness journey by conducting consultations, recommending suitable treatment programmes, performing selected machine-based treatments, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in generating sales while delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

• Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' concerns and wellness goals.

• Perform body composition and wellness assessments.

• Recommend suitable treatment programmes and packages based on individual needs.

• Follow up with enquiries, trial customers and existing clients.

• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals.

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Treatment Delivery

• Perform machine-based wellness and body contouring treatments after completing in-house training.

• Ensure treatments are delivered safely, professionally and according to company protocols.

• Monitor clients' progress and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.

Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client's journey.

• Address client questions and concerns professionally.

• Create a welcoming, caring and premium experience for every client.

• Encourage long-term client retention through excellent service.

Operations

• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene standards.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety protocols.

• Assist with administrative duties related to appointments and client records when required.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, aesthetics, wellness, physiotherapy, fitness, healthcare or beauty industry is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing.

• Confident in consultative selling with excellent customer relationship skills.

• Self-motivated, positive and target-oriented.

• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

• Willing to undergo training on our treatment protocols and equipment.

• Weekend availability is preferred.
