Content Designer - Part-Time

Your new role

• Develop and deliver engaging content that brings company culture, values, and employee initiatives to life.
• Create compelling storytelling across internal communication channels, including written, visual, and video content.
• Lead end-to-end video production, from concept development and scripting to filming and editing.
• Produce multimedia content such as employee interviews, leadership messages, event highlights, and engagement campaigns.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to execute culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
• Design creative assets, graphics, and motion content to support internal communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

What you need

• Atleast 2years’experience in content creation, internal communications, employer branding, marketing.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, employee-focused content.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience in video production, filming, editing, and multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and AI-powered creative tools such as Mid journey or Stable Diffusion.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
