Marketing & Digital Design Intern (3-6 month internship)

We are offering a 3–6 months Marketing & Digital Design Internship.

We are a small but strong, collaborative team working across engineering and consulting businesses, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow in a fast-moving, hands-on environment where creativity and ownership matter.

Earliest start date: 15 July 2026

Role Overview

This role is primarily focused on digital marketing execution, content creation, and lightweight design production, with additional support in basic operational and coordination tasks.

Your day-to-day work will center on:

• Social media content creation and management
• Simple graphic design and visual production
• Basic marketing execution support across digital channels
• Light operational/coordination work (documentation, internal communication, scheduling support)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish visual content across marketing channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, email campaigns, website, etc.)
• Support marketing initiatives through design assets and content production
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and ensuring timely publishing
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation
• Prepare graphics for both digital and print use
• Conduct basic research on competitors, trends, and audience behavior
• Monitor social media engagement and assist in simple performance reporting
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Organize and manage digital design files and assets
• Support internal coordination and documentation tasks when required

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is practical, fast-learning, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Must-have:

• Proficiency in Canva / similar design tools (required)
• Experience with social media content creation or posting (Instagram & thread preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, layout sense, and visual consistency
• Comfortable communicating in English (email, meetings, WhatsApp)
• Responsible, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Owns a personal laptop

Good to have:

• Basic skills in Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
• Basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with simple website editing tools (e.g., Wix, Imweb)
• Interest in branding, UX/UI, or digital marketing
• Experience managing social media accounts or content calendars

Bonus Points

• Good at documentation, organization, and communication
• Portfolio showing a variety of design styles (academic, personal, or freelance work is acceptable)
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months (extension possible upon mutual agreement)
