Job Description - Marketing Campaign Executive (ET) - Part-Time

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns. The primary objective is to drive product and service acquisition and usage by creating compelling marketing assets and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences. This role requires a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of marketing principles and the financial services industry.

Campaign Development & Strategy:

  1. Conceptualize and develop end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives for product/service acquisition and usage within Singapore.
  2. Contribute to the overall marketing campaign strategy by identifying opportunities for effective customer engagement and conversion.
  3. Integrate consumer insights and communication guidelines into campaign development.

Creative Asset Production:

  1. Responsible for the development and production of creative assets for ATL and BTL channels, including digital advertisements, digital banners, social media content, out-of-home media and other marketing collaterals.
  2. Ensure all creative materials adhere to branding standards and relevant advertising guidelines.
  3. Utilize creative resource libraries for graphic, web, and templates to support asset creation.

Copywriting:

  1. Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for all marketing materials across various platforms and channels.
  2. Tailor messaging to specific target customer segments to enhance clarity, relevance, and emotional resonance.
  3. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all content with regulatory requirements and marketing guidelines.

Campaign Execution& Optimization:

  1. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, insights, brand and performance marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  2. Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and utilize insights for future campaign optimization and development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and creative execution.
  2. Strong portfolio show casing successful marketing campaigns, including creative assets development and copywriting samples.
  3. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
