Video Production Intern - Part-Time

Internship Duration: 5 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI platforms (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, Canva) to create training videos from existing scripts and slides
• Assist in formatting, uploading, and organizing video scripts and assets
• Organise presentation slides and learning materials to support video production
• Review and QA final videos for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Manage file organization and tracking within a project management tool
• Collaborate with the training manager on improving templates and workflows
• Research new AI tools and recommend enhancements for speed and quality
• Provide any ad hoc support as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Strong interest in AI, video creation, and digital learning
• Basic experience with PowerPoint, video editing tools, or willingness to learn quickly
• Familiarity with AI platforms like Synthesia, or willingness to learn quickly
• Meticulous attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Self-driven and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks at scale
• Good written English; visual communication skills a plus
• Commitment period: min. 5 month
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
