Web Content Engineer (1yr Renewal Contract Bonus) - Part-Time

We are looking for website content enthusiast that possess the following skillsets to manage a enterprise-level website. You will be situated at our client's place during this 1 year contract period.

• Manage and publish daily website updates with absolute accuracy

• Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and regulatory standards

• Manage multiple requests simultaneously, ensuring approvals and alignment before publishing

• Navigate high-pressure situations where stakeholder demands must be balanced against operational realities

• Participate in a rotational standby/on-call schedule to provide 24/7 publishing support

• Respond promptly to incident-related updates, ensuring timely and accurate customer communication

• Support live verification and deployments during evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Participate in operational aspects of content migrations, CMS upgrades, and platform changes, ensuring continuity of critical web services

• Validate migrated content, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions during system cutovers

• Uphold strict publishing workflows, escalation protocols, and governance standards

• Take full accountability for ensuring customer-facing content is correct, complete, and compliant

• Apply deep CMS expertise and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to handle advanced content requirements and troubleshoot issues in real-time

• Optimize website content for accessibility, SEO, performance, and mobile responsiveness
