QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an A Level
• At least 5 Years of teaching experience (small class tuition)
• Strong passion for teaching and tutoring.
• Able to deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom effectively
• Ability to support programme delivery and ensure smooth academic processes
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Good communication skills with students, faculty, and management
• Detail-oriented, especially for compliance work
• Able to work independently but also support leadership
• Willing to learn and to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Singapore Syllabus (Primary, Secondary, O levels, A levels)
• Able to teach more subjects will be an advantage
• Willing to take up administrative duties will be an advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Teach a small class of student and deliver clear and concise instruction using a variety of methods and technology.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests and assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records to track their progress.
• Identify and address individual student needs and learning challenges.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
