Adjunct Lifestyle Trainer - Part-Time

We are seeking passionate and experienced Lifestyle Trainers to conduct engaging and hands-on workshops for adult learners and the public. Trainers may specialize in one or more areas, including baking, cooking, coffee making, tea appreciation, arts & crafts, wellness, and lifestyle-related enrichment programmes.

This role is ideal for industry practitioners, hobbyists, entrepreneurs, or educators who enjoy sharing their expertise and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and practical lifestyle workshops and courses.
• Facilitate hands-on learning activities in a safe and engaging environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning resources.
• Demonstrate techniques, tools, and best practices related to the subject area.
• Guide participants through activities and answer questions effectively.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
• Collect participant feedback and continuously improve training delivery.
• Support the development of new lifestyle learning programmes and workshops.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience or certification in the respective field.
• Prior training, teaching, workshop facilitation, or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about sharing knowledge and engaging learners.
• Ability to manage participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable conducting practical and hands-on sessions.
• WSQ ACTA, ACLP, DACE, or equivalent training qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
