Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Conduct candidate outreach and engage potential talent through various channels

Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives, including career events and outreach activities

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support hiring needs

Review and improve recruitment processes to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience

Support ad-hoc recruitment and HR initiatives as assigned
