Associate Trainer - English Literacy - Part-Time

We are searching for quality TESOL or CELTA certified Trainers to join our growing pool of Academic Staff. The ideal candidate should possess a high-level of maturity and professionalism. The candidate should also have a good personality, be highly compliant, and work well with all stakeholders to provide our learners with an excellent learning experience.

We are a Registered Training Provider providing a wide range of courses including higher learning courses.

Responsibilities: Teaching English to adults in an engaging and participative manner, in full accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Committee for Private Education (CPE) regulations.
Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend improvement areas by collecting Learner feedback as well as analyzing learning delivery approaches and materials.
Manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements: 2 years of training experience teaching adults
5 years of working experience in relevant field
Bachelor’s Degree in English or Applied Linguistics or equivalent
GCE ‘O’ level English – B3 or equivalent
ACLP/ACTA certification
CELTA/TESOL certification
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and is an advocate of lifelong learning.
Possess high emotional intelligence.
Able to work in different environments, including different campuses and client sites.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and/or weekends.

Other Information: Remuneration: S$40.00-$60.00/hr
